1. What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before??
Got a girlfriend, who I then lost a couple months later because I was stupid.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Yeah...like most of America, I don't keep any resolutions that I make, so I didn't bother making any this year.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Not anyone close enough to remember.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
My grandma. (Mom's mom) At least she went painlessly.

5. What countries did you visit?
If being in my mind doesn't count, then nowhere.

6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
A car to call my own, and a 360.

7. What date from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
When me and a few buddies of mine took a trip to Little Tokyo in L.A. It was a day full of shopping and shenanigans.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Staying happy, despite the cynicism I'm assaulted with everyday.

9. What was your biggest failure??
The fact that me and my ex broke up...stupid, stupid, stupid...

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Just your standard yearly flu.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
The Doctor Who box sets. They never stay on the shelf for more then a few days.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Two of my friends got frikken married!

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Saying who will only get me killed.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Books, video games, and food.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
The planning for a cross-country road trip I'm taking with a few friends this summer.

16. What song will always remind you of 2007?
Cheer Up by the Reel Big Fish. So many problems, yet I came out of most of them smiling.

i. happier or sadder? Slightly sadder, I guess that cynicism got to me a little.
ii. thinner or fatter? I'm starting to grow a little flab...
iii. richer or poorer? Richer, I just spent most of it.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Write more. My brain is overflowing with ideas.

Spending money, I don't even know why I bought some of this stuff.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
I spent it over at my aunt and uncle's house. Much Guitar Hero was played.

To tell ya the truth, I really don't know.

None, I don't really care that I'm a virgin anyway.

24. What was your favorite TV program?
I'm split between Doctor Who and Scrubs.

Hate is an awfully strong word...

26. What was the best book you read?
I read too many books. I re-read Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy though. Thats always good.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Bad Religion. Fast paced punk rock.

28. What did you want and get?
Windows on my Mac.

29. What did you want and not get?
A 360, and something to get me to start writing again.

30. What was your favorite film of this year?
Transformers, which I saw a day before it was publicly released, and The Simpsons Movie, which I saw on opening night.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
17, pretty much just hung around and watched a movie. I tend to not make a big deal about my birthday.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Actually doing well in school...

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2007?
Bright-colored. When it was cold, I wore long pants and my red marching band sweatshirt. And when it wasn't, shorts, a t-shirt, and a hawaiian shirt over it.

34. What kept you sane?
Define sane...

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
If by fancy, you mean think is awesome; then Johnny Depp, and Kevin Smith.

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
The fact that Jack Thompson might get disbarred.

37. Who did you miss?
Friends from the past that I haven't talked to in forever, and a certain one that moved to Indiana three years ago.

38. Who was the best new person you met?
I know too many people to keep track of...

You can get away with a lot of things, as long as your inconspicuous about it.
